The sourdough saga continues...
My sourdough starter and I still aren't totally getting along, but we have figured out a way to be civil when we have to. Shout out to my cousin Dina for helping to mediate the situation. She showed me the King Arthur Flour Sourdough Cracker recipe, which felt like a glimmer of hope in my sourdough relationship.
The recipe is super easy and of course a great way to use up your sourdough discard. I like to customize it with herbes de provence or toasted sesame seeds (I'm becoming predictable).
Until I can successfully bake a loaf of bread I will happily continue making crackers because if it pairs well with brie then I'm in.
